Chelsea Gray has an LRV 22, making it a popular choice for cabinets, outdoor and any wall in the room! In this unassuming LRV, there’s just the right depth to add drama and style without overwhelming the space.

Benjamin Moore Greystone has an LRV of around 30 making it one of the best options on this site. Regarding this particular kind of warm gray, I’d like to show you something darker, but if we hit the notch on the squirrel’s tail we get green that’s more distracting than the streak on a soccer game (not me, I swear).
But compared to the slightly warmer gray end of things, greystone has a character of its own as it deals with midtones. While this is definitely a nod to the green, it is more of a respectful nod than “come over here”. In the photo above you can see the Greystone and Cheating Heart doors with dove-shaped white trim.

Asphalt has an LRV of 19.71 and a very light purple. This makes it an interesting outdoor option with roof, stone or brick that requires a more passive approach. It’s a fun cabinet color when a halftone is needed.
In LRV 13.47, the coat has a similar take on asphalt, with a slightly stronger purple tinge and a little more flesh on the bones. A coat is a beautiful choice for the exterior, front door and eye-catching walls.
The Best Neutral Paint Colors
Dolphin has an LRV of 22.52, which is the lightest of the last three. It also has a slight hint, perhaps a slightly twinkling green. The risk with this color is that if your finishes have a purple hue, the Dolphin may look flat or a bit green in comparison. Not sure if this is possible?
